What this is

We opened Fishbox the way a new angler does, then rebuilt the parts we think are leaving money on the table.

Adapty powers subscriptions for 30,000+ apps, so we get to see what actually moves conversion and ARPU across the market rather than inside one app. We pointed that at Fishbox: installed it, went through the first screens, read your App Store listing and fishbox.com, and looked for gaps between what you already have and what you currently show people.

What follows is five ideas — not fifteen. Each one is a hypothesis you can A/B test, and each one is built into a clickable prototype so you can see it rather than imagine it. The prototype uses your design, not ours.

We did not redesign your app

Every screen in the prototype is yours — your lake photo and review cards, your four feature slides, your cyan, your plan cards and the green BEST PRICE tag. Only the order changed, plus a few things you already own but do not show at the right moment. This is not a design pitch.
